How To Order A DVD Photo Slideshow
We understand how overwhelming planning a project like this can be,
so our goal is to make it as simple as possible. Please contact at any time with questions or concerns.
No question is ever too trivial. We'd love to hear from you!
1. Assemble your combination of photos, digital images and music. Obtain a total photo count.
2. Label the back of each photo with a post it note to indicate the desired play order. To label, use Post-It Notes® or lightly mark with a pencil on the back side. Never use marker on your photos.
3. Print out and complete our Order Form
4. Before shipping, please contact Slideshows of Memories via email to let us know that you will be sending us an order. Please include a phone number to reach you. A Slideshows of Memories representative will contact you to discuss your slideshow order, shipping options, and to provide you with a time frame for completion.
5. Package your materials, completed Order Form and payment in full (if paying with check or money order). If paying by credit card your payment will be processed by PayPal. Packaging & Shipping Tips

6. You will receive confirmation from us by either email or telephone as soon as we receive your materials.
7. Slideshows of Memories will e-mail or call when your project is complete and is shipped back to you. Your completed order and originally submitted materials will be returned to you along with your completed project.
How to Order a VHS or 8mm/Super 8 Film-to-DVD Transfer:
1. Collect and organize the films or VHS tapes you wish to include in the order. If there are multiple reels or tapes you want consolidated onto a single DVD, be sure to put them into the sequence you want them displayed and number them (typically numbering the boxes or reels/tapes will work). Keep in mind that depending on what your goals are, you may wish to group films of the same subject matter together. Special video editing might be required, so feel free to contact us to get an estimate on any additional editing fees.2. Print out and complete our Order Form

* NOTE: Shoebox Memories will handle your materials with the utmost care and consideration, however we can not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the transportation of your materials to us. For that reason, we would encourage you to be very dilligent in properly packing your order, and perhaps even creating duplicates if possible and sending us the original. It is also recommended that you ship your package to us using a reliable and trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.). We will do the same when sending everything back to you.
Turnaround Time:
Turnaround time will vary depending on the order and our current availability. You can usually expect projects to take from 2-4 weeks (and perhaps longer) depending on the complexity of the project.
